Free Returns & Exchange
Exchanging an item is FREE and couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Minitotz and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Kindly note that refund, if any, will be processed in the form of store credits.
Steps to do Exchange
(i) On our main page, locate the Returns portal on top and click on it. Alternatively, you can access it here.
(ii) Provide your order number and your email address.
(iii) Choose the item you would like to return and indicate the reason for the exchange.
(iv) Confirm the return method.
(v) Provide the following information about the item which you would like to exchange for -

(vi) You are done! Our team will check for the availability of your exchanged item and inform you accordingly. Once we confirmed the item availability, we will arrange for courier delivery of your exchanged item and at the same time pick up the returned item from you. You do not have to do anything else!
Due to hygiene reasons, pillows/pillow cases/underwear, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note that discounted/sale item is not exchangeable/refundable. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to exchange sizes for discounted/sale items.
