Overall, how satisfied were you with your shopping experience with us? Neutral

Wanted a smaller size & ordered one...butt only informed later item was not in stock.. And, despite informing your staff on the WhatsApp communication as to where to deposit package, I t was not done & I did not receive any prior notice. Only days later after the actual delivery, by chance I found package on the lower rack of my shoe rack, amongst the shoes!! Tucks!!! Regrettably, I had forgotten to take a snapshot. That was unpleasant, considering previously I had no problem with the delivery of my previous order. Hope u can enlighten staff concerned.
